Delivering your products

We ship our products worldwide. International shipping costs to European and worldwide addresses can vary so please contact us if you would like a quote. Please note that now the UK has left the EU, the majority of countries will charge import tax on top of our shipping costs. This is not in our control, and customs will contact you to let you know the extra charge.

We aim to ship all orders 1-5 days after the order is placed. 

Returning your products

Bull + Tash work hard to describe every product accurately and package all products well for transit. We understand that sometimes products are not quite right for you and for this reason we do accept returns.

How to return a product

When your product arrives, you have 14 days to raise a return.

Please contact Danielle at bull@bullandtash to request a returns number. Please do not send back your product without receiving a returns number. Package your order securely using the packaging we sent. Some of our products are fragile so take care with shipping them back to us. We do not offer free returns. You are expected to pay for this.

We cannot take responsibility if a product gets damaged on its way back to us. We recommend you making sure your courier will insure the package on its return to us.
